What are the job responsibilities? Responsible for responding to agents and customer inquiries regarding index products, includes incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, written correspondence, etc. May work with sales Distribution on complex cases.
Direct and follow up with Vendor on individual processing tasks.
Understand and explain policy performance, run illustrations/projections for agents/customers.
Monitor work queues and work across team to ensure all requests are completed within SLA's and within quality standards to ensure good customer experience.
Other duties as assigned.
Who is our ideal candidate? Demonstrated attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
The ability to organize and prioritize effectively, demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills. Strong computer and keyboarding skills. Knowledge of ING mainframe systems; specifically Vantage 15.9 a plus.
Solid interpersonal skills to pull multiple resources internally to solve a problem.
Knowledge of multiple processes of Life Policy Owner Services is a plus with 2-3+ years' experience in the insurance industry.
In depth knowledge of ING Index Projects a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
