Project Superintendent (Construction)
David Boland, Inc., a General Contractor based in Florida, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Superintendent for the construction of a New Temporary Lodging Facility, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. David Boland, Inc. has over 38 years of proven success, specializing in the construction of Federal Government projects nationwide. Projects include, but are not limited to healthcare, high-tech laboratory, aerospace, and special military training facilities in the $10 million to $75 million dollar range. The successful candidate will coordinate activities at the construction site in accordance with pre-established policies, project schedules, budgets, drawings, specifications, and procedures. Candidate will be responsible for development of short interval schedules and documentation of daily work activities, participation in status meetings, as well as implementation and administration of the accident prevention program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees on the project. BS in construction-related discipline preferred, but not required, along with 5
years of relevant experience on Government construction projects. Federal Government experience is a plus.
